Works great and good price, only problem was waiting in the line at Best Buy to pick up the item and there was a long wait

Pretty much what I expected. I find the exhaust fan a little loud, but not so much so that I'm deterred from using it. Size is good, finish is great, it works well. Very happy with it.

Had a whirlpool foryears so install was easy style fit in with my other appliances. Order and pock up was easy

Device was replacing the previous version that lasted over 8 years. Easy to install, instructions were very specific.

Purchased in August 2017, and it has failed to heat in October 2019. The unit it replaced lasted at least 15 years with the same daily usage. It also was giving a "Door" error intermittently during its last few months. The magnetron or diode may have failed, but I didn't pull it apart to determine the cause. I did replace it with the exact same unit, for ease of installation, and because I believe the new ones are all basically the same quality and price. The features, power and ease of use for this particular model are far better than my long lasting "vintage" unit. It's easy to keep clean, and pretty quiet. Fan doesn't vent that great, but I doubt any microwave doubling as a range hood will perform any better.

Great basic microwave. I like that it is not elaborate but attractive and very user friendly. Great product.

So far I've not used it a lot because I've not moved into the house yet. But the few times I have used it it works very well and seems quite powerful. Although I have noticed it does show fingerprints.

For the reasonable price this microwave is great! Lots of options and nice looking as well.

Great price and it was easy for our handyman to replace like make/model of microwave. It might be a tad louder than our previous model and I hope this one will last longer than 7 years (not sure if the door sensor was the problem).

While not a top-of-the-line microwave, it works very well. It was ready for pick-up earlier than projected, and pick-up went smoothly. Installation was relatively easy.

We have been using this microwave for two months and it works great and was a great price, very happy with it!

We've had this microwave for about a month now. This is a 1000W microwave that replaced a 1200W unit. This unit does not heat nearly as fast as the 1200W unit. The best thing I can say about it is the looks. It is sharp looking. Other than that, it does not seem to offer anything that you might expect from a new unit. It would be nice if the numbers on the control panel were backlit because they can be hard to see unless the room is flooded with light. I haven't found anything really wrong with the unit, it's just that it doesn't offer anything more than I would expect in any new unit.

the item was very durable, the item functioned very well, and you could not beat the price. I felt that it was well worth the money that I paid for it.
