Exactly what I needed

Fortunately BB just happened to have this model in stock and ready to go. It perfectly fit the existing mounting points, it included ALL the hardware (which I didn't need but still nice) and very straightforward instructions of how to prep it for various mounting types. It matches my other whirpool appliances perfectly and while it has very limited features, the power output is fantastic, the vent fan is strong but not overly loud, and it does exactly what I need it to do. Still looking for a way to lower the volume of the beep but other than that its a fantastic if not simple microwave and I'm glad I didn't have to change brands!

This Whirlpool OTR Microwave is just beautiful, very efficient, spacious and so easy to use. Best Buy had what I was looking for. The customer service at the Merced location was excellent. The installers were friendly and experienced in getting the Microwave installed. Thank You Best Buy!

Great Space Saver

My wife loves gaining the additional countertop space. This model had all the basic features my wife wanted without any extra complexity from unnecessary fancy features. Installation was easy enough with the use of a helping hand to assist in lifting it into place to complete the installation.

Works great so far as a replacement for my Whirlpool 1.9 Cu Ft. microwave, but seems just slightly cheaper made with just a few less not so necessary features but so far I am definitely glad I bought it.

FITTING REPLACEMENT FOR FORMER WHIRLPOOL MODEL

FIT IN THE TEMPLATE FRAME FROM FORMER WHIRLPOOL MODEL, SO DID NOT HAVE TO MOUNT NEW FRAME. LOGO ON TOP IS A BIT LARGE AND UGLY. WINDOW IS DARKER THAN PREVIOUS MODEL WHICH MAKES IT MORE DIFFICULT TO SEE YOUR DISH INSIDE. MOST FUNCTIONS ARE THE SAME, BUT A BIT MORE COMPLICATED TO PUNCH IN (REHEAT) OVERALL, LESS PROBLEM THAN GETTING USED TO A BRAND NEW BRAND MICROWAVE.

The choices on the control panel are easy to read and for follow. It is nice to have quick menu items that take the guesswork out of heating or cooling different foods, such as popcorn, potatoes, pizza and softening butter. Also 30 second interval makes it easier to set length of cooking time.
