Since all I had to do is take down the old and put in the new, installing this Whirlpool Microwave was very easy. The function of this microwave is also great.

It has been working just fine. One thing I learned after purchasing a special LED bulb is that the light will not go off and it will have 3 brightness settings. After some research I have found that Whirpool says "Do not use an LED light bulb." I replaced the original bulb.

Better Option for a Rental

Great price for a long lasting microwave. Our 1st one is already 3 years old and no complaints yet. Hoping it will last for a long time.

Great basic microwave

It was an open box first one was dented brought back to Best Buy they sent me a new one for 2$ less looks like it still had a small dent on side but not enough to Take it back a second time. We have had it a month now and it does warm everything we place in it. It is inexpensive and I can’t justify having a convection oven and would probably never learn to Use it.

The stainless steel finish doesn't show fingerprints. It's easy to clean both inside and out. And it's easy to use for a technically challenged person like me. All of my appliances are Whirlpool. I have confidence in the brand.

They had the exact color, biscuit, which has become difficult to find in other stores. They had it at the Christiana location within three days. Installation was simple. A fine unit. Thanks so much Best Buy!!!

I had replaced it with a counter top which cooked entirely to fast in the middle. The technician did a great job installing. Very quickly. So easy to operate.
