Disappointed in this Microwave

My protection plan just expired in September after 24 months and my last microwave lasted about 15 years.

I had just relaced an oven range with BBuy - Whirlpool too, so figured I should stay with trusted brand. No problems, easy to operate and clean. We are very thankful for the Pres Day sale when we had to replace the microwave!
