Great looking over-the-range microwave. Quality is great and I felt like it was priced accordingly. I was able to install it myself in about a half (replaced existing unit). I'd recommend this and other whirlpool appliances to family and friends!

This microwave is an update to our previous microwave. So the learning curve was non existent. We only found this model at Best Buy. The stainless steel looks awesome and it doesn’t leave fingerprints. I would highly recommend.

Great product for the price. Bought new model of previous builder install which only lasted 4 years. Hoping this will last many more years to come!

We owned a Whirlpool previously and it finally died. We decided to purchase a duplicate and this one was as close as possible to what we had before. This one works fine, fits the opening that was already there and it bolted right up using the same holes as we previously used. It's a great microwave and works just as you might expect. The only issue is really not an issue but when I replaced the filament bulb under the unit with an LED screw in replacement it will never turn completely off. I hit the "on" button and the display says "high". When you touch it again is says "low" and when you touch it again, it says "off" however the light still has a glow. Being an LED, they will light up with the slightest amount of electricity and I'm guessing that is what's happening.

I bought this OTR microwave 1.5yrs ago to replace the older version of this microwave, which I had for 12yrs. I just had to replace this microwave AGAIN (January 2024). While it is an excellent microwave, like most things lately, I do not believe they are built to last. I called BestBuy about having a repairman come out, but they do NOT do any repairs to microwaves. It turned out to be cheaper to buy a new one, than repair the 1.5yr old one.

This is not a 'fancy' microwave, but it does the job well. We don't cook much in it - mainly heating up - and it's easy to use. The best part is that the door does not need to be slammed in order to close it as many do. Great microwave for the price and it looks great, too!

Always been reluctant on over the range microwaves. However not anymore it really is a space saver. Also works as a exhaust when cooking is a plus. Its easy to clean and when you have something cooking in it. It has a alarm that will keep reminding you when something is done until you take it out.

We replaced an over-the-stove microwave that was 9 years old. We purchased the same make and comparable model. The new microwave does not seem to be as substantially built as the previous one. The door seems hollow when closed. It works fine so far.
