Took another 2 weeks to replace it. So there’s that. Otherwise it works good, does what it should.

Great value and performance

Whirlpool makes KitchenAid. I find that the performance is similar, so I am pleased that I didn't have to spend the extra 200-300 for the brand name.

And, the installer was very fast. I will recommend Bestbuy Total tech for any appliance or computer job. The microwave is easy to operate and works just fine.

Microhood works fine but LOUD!

I ordered it because the first one did a fine job and lasted quite a while. However this new model as a few things that are not the greatest - when you close the door to the microwave it is really LOUD - it sounds as if you are slamming it shut and the beeper for when the cook time is done is an awful sound a very loud tinny sound - I never thought to check that out - not even sure show rooms have them plugged in for you to check that out and the old model was not that way. So far the actual cooking process works great.

Good basic oven. No frills.

Easy to miss. Found a good install video on youtube. The touchpad does not have simple on and off buttons, has icons instead. Also missing a turntable off button. Curbside pickup system worked great.

A good microwave

This has held up perfectly fine since buying it and we use it fairly often throughout the way. No complaints, it cooks consistently with minimal noise.
