I enjoyed curbside pick up of this microwave. It was loaded into my vehicle for me. Also, installation was fairly simple. The microwave works great and I hope it will for many years to come

Seems to cook evenly and has easy to use controls. Had to reconfigure the blower vent to fit an updraft vent. Not too difficult to do but time consuming. The cook top light bulb burned out within 30 days. Great value for the price. Matches our approx 10 year old Kenmore stainless appliances.

I had an LG microwave that lasted for nine years and I bought this as a replacement. I took one star off because it doesn’t come with some type of protection underneath from the stove’s heat. I took another star because it takes twice as long to warm up the food compared to the previous microwave. Other than that, I am satisfied with the price and looks.

A basic microwave. Not a fancy one but does everything you need it to do. Whirlpool is a good reliable brand.

I can’t believe how much better my new Whirlpool microwave is compared to my old one. It’s the best. Best Buy had the best price and the most knowledgeable staff. They are very helpful and don’t pressure you at all. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone.

Delivery and installation was a bit of a circus. Delivered damaged and the installation crew couldn't go the 3.4 miles to the local store to swap it out. Did get delivered and installed. While came with a chart on the inside for steaming, thawing and such, it isn't as good as the one it replaced. The door seems to bang when it closes and is definitely louder when it is cooking. A whole lot louder.

Works great. Nice size. First one came with a scratch but we were able to replace with ease.

I purchased all 4 appliances together. Happy I did, they all match, are sleek and attractive. The microwave is simple without as many choices as our last one. This is a good thing as we never used half of the displays on the previous micro. I like it very much.

Got this unit open box at my local store, did not know that open box for a Whirlpool product meant no rear template as it’s part of the packaging. Whirlpool doesn’t have the template so I attempted to make one, would have been perfect IF I had a large format printer or Autocad or sketch-up. Mounting screw kit from Whirlpool $37.00 (fail). Went to my local Home Cheapo and got some. Tried to do the install myself but once I hit cinderblocks. I went and got some concrete anchors and a masonry drill bit. Thought about it again and decided to use my tech support plan to do the install for $50 bucks. They re-drilled, mounted and remounted and finished the install in about an hour, even used the anchors that I purchased. Microwave works as it’s supposed to and I couldn’t be happier with it and the install.

Easy to install, good instructions. Just need to be ready to bend some metal pieces out, for making the air flow direct upwards. Is in the instructions on what to do.

Bought this to replace an older Whirlpool microwave that was mounted over the stove. The mounts were the same and the ovens were the same size so it was an easy swap. No complaints so far. It cooks evenly, although it seems to be more powerful than my last Whirlpool microwave. The same foods cook faster in this new oven. That's no a bad thing, just an unexpected bonus. One negative: The old Whirlpool had the option of turning off the beep that occurs once it's done. This model does not have that option. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing since we had that option and used it before. Despite that one con, it's still a 5 star microwave based on it's performance.

My 2 year old whirpool microwave broke so I went out and bought this at bestbuy and installed it myself with the help of youtube. What can I say It works!. Heats up the ramen, makes mac and cheese, re-heats my cold coffee. And kids can hot pockets again.

Nice product works well and looks good. The timer can't be used to time something else while the microwave is running. Took a star away because my older microwave could do this.
