It’s a little noisier than our last unit and LED lights for lighting below microwave would have been nice for the bulbs. Key pad is pretty basic but if just need a basic unit it will work fine

Excellent Microwave!

Easily thaws frozen meats, reheats just about everything and cooks things nicely (frozen vegs, large frozen pans of lasagna, "baked" potatoes, fresh corn-on-the-cob and so much more). We've had 7 adults living in this house and every single one of them slams the door shut! Every time! Its not even necessary. The door shuts so nicely and quietly. After 4+ years of slamming, the door finally displayed a very long crack next to where it connects to the oven and, being that it houses microwave radiation, I couldn't trust the seal any longer so I found this replacement at a great price here at Best Buy. I'm so happy I could get the "same" model installed. The installer, Chas, was excellent! It was done in no time and he hauled everything away for us. Anyway, this is a spacious and great microwave, buy it!

It has so many ways to cook and I just the defrost feature to save money. In the past I would take out food to defrost and it went bad before I have a chance to cook it. This is perfect

Easy cleaning and does a good job warming left overs. I have yet to find a microwave that is capable of performing the miracle of evenly heating a Hot Pocket.

I have before a stainless steal model and it was a fingerprint magnet .This one is easy to clean and looking contemporary.

This does not have this and I love it. Beyond that, it's a fine microwave and has worked well for us so far.

The only thing I would like it to do is automatically start minutes by pressing one number. For example, I have to press to press 1:00 instead of 1 for one minute.
