Was a little disappointed to see that the mounting pattern had changed requiring me to drill new holes in the cabinet above. However, the microwave was quick and easy to install when replacing another. Overall, pleased.

Glass plate rattles, cheaply made

But now that we are back home and have been using it. It rattles so bad. I thought it was the microwave so we removed the plate inside and it’s actually the plate. I have checked it multiple times to make sure it’s placed right and it still rattles. It has a cheap piece of plastic that holds the glass plate. Because our house was being remodeled, and we just recently got home know I can’t return it or I would.

This is my first above stove microwave and I love how convenient it is as well as how large it is. I highly recommend paying for installation to make it a no headache process!

Installation was a beast of a task and will need at least two able-bodied adults to complete. My problem is with the nightlight on the bottom. It burns out quickly and that is a big deal for us because we want to use it all night. Like you should be able to use a "nightlight" to do. But it isn't led, has no led equivalent that you can buy, and will burn out in less than a month of normal use. Luckily, it is a quick switch and a cheap bulb.
