Outstanding price for an open box item. Tried to buy a couple of other models at the regular price, however the color we wanted was not in stock. Sales would not let us purchase the floor model.

Works great, replaced an ancient microwave that sounded like it was going to implode. Only complaint is that the intake fan really doesn't do much sucking. Almost returned it because I cook a lot and it just creates a ton of steam but I don't want to deal with the replacement. If it's on sale and you don't care about matching appliances or having the top performing version, this microwave is for you!

Nice looking oven and works fine. Kind of surprised it doesn’t have LED light bulbs though. But, not a big deal. I hope it lasts as long as my last one.

From the size and the power to the auto fan when you are cooking.....only good things to say. Have only had it for not quite a month so time will tell how reliable it is.

This is a direct replacement for our 12 year old microwave that went out. Amazing how the old one got worse over the years, but we never noticed until we got this one. Now things are hot much faster.

I bought this for my new house. I have been pleased with it so far. Surprisingly it fits in my tiny house. You can’t go wrong with whirlpool— especially for the cost point! Very trusty.

The Whirlpool brand has pretty good electronics. We purchased this microwave about a year ago to replace a broken Whirlpool one that was anywhere between 8-10 years old. This item must have been defective because it broke 3 months in. Luckily it was under warranty and they repaired it. Since the repair we haven't had any additional issues. I would recommend getting the extended warranty if purchased.

This microwave for placed one that I had that was just like it from about five years earlier it was simple to install and high-quality

Bought this unit to replace original Whirlpool microwave that lasted 28 years. So, obviously because of older Whirlpool quality I stayed with their product. This one has greater wattage and heats items quickly. My five stars are for the Microwave but the instructions for installation were totally wrong and useless. It’s a good thing I’m a DIY guy to do proper installation as the average person wouldn’t be able to install it without calling someone out. But the microwave wave thus far is great....hopefully it will out last my life time. Lol

I recently purchased this because it was a perfect fit for its predecessor. The previous one stopped working after only 2 years. I had hoped to get a different brand but realistically a look a the surrounding tile and other factors related to the mounting back-plate would have made a brand change a very big job. Of course this one just dropped right in. I am hoping the predecessor's failure was just a fluke and that this one will last many years.

Microwave is very intuitive to operate. My kids were able to figure out without any guidance from me. The finish of the unit is great. The consistent cooking makes this an all around great microwave. Wish my old unit would have dies years ago :-)

Was stuck on getting Maytag for my kitchen suite but when my microwave arrived it was damaged. Went to exchange at store and none was available was referred by employee to get this model and love it.

Easy to use, cooks evenly and in a timely manner. Installer was able to setup with no problems.
