I purchased these to replace a broken microwave at an upscale rental. The tenant loves it and install was a breeze.

Works just like a microwave should. Easy to clean. The front does collect fingerprints, but they wipe off easily.

Works great and was affordable (for the microwave). However, Best Buy wanted to charge me $200 to install a $215 microwave. I think the installation charge is ridiculously outrageous.

The Whirlpool - 1.7 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave in Stainless steel is a great buy, We have had no problems with the unit.

The microwave that came with our house stopped working, and was discontinued. This was the replacement model, and works better than the original. No complaints.

Self-installation of an OTR microwave can take longer and require more planning/work if it's not your first time. Whirlpool does proide a very helpful paper template that helps you with getting the correct measurements for your mount. It took me dad and I about an hour to get it right (and luckily on the first try). Docking off a star for not having the quick start option (i.e. pushing 1 automatically starts with 1 min cook timer) like most modern microwaves have now. Lighting and fan work great. I also really like how the template makes sure you create a cut-out large enough to not only feed the exhaust fan but also provide easy access to the motor/filter should that ever need replaced -- this way you don't have to unmount the entire unit just to get to it.

Good looking microwave and easy to use. Only thing I miss is it doesn’t seem to have 1-touch 1-5 minute shortcuts but it does have a +30 seconds button

Great Microwave! Love the defrost feature on it. Works better than my old microwave. I also like that since it's and over the stove style the built in fan can automatically sense the heat from the oven and turn it's self on.

Was just installed 2/28/2022, so I really have not had the chance to use it. Looking at the control panel ease of use is easy.

It works great. It is a basic model and you can tell it as the door sounds rather tinnie when it closes. Other than that it is fine.

The unit has shown no issues since purchased (~8months ago) It was OK to install. Quieter than the old GE microwave. Door is easy to shut and open.

Great over the range microwave. Easy to install. It actually isn’t really “smudge proof” so the extra $20 for that finish isn’t worth it, but it otherwise lives up to the Whirlpool name.
