Bob the sales rep the best part of the deal

Not a top of the line Model yet adequate for everyday needs Sales rep Bob always very nice, always goes out of the way to answer questions and accommodate. Does not “smother” the customer but avails himself when needed Price ok, order/delivery good. Installation: Good instructions and template. Connecting the prongs to the slots was a bit tedious given the size and weight, however “do-a-bel”.
