Haven’t had any issues so far but on the other hand I’ve been using this microwave for about 2 weeks. I hope it lasts me for a few years. I will update my review if in the future it gives me any problem

Microwaves make life easier!

It is powerful and really more than we needed. I wish the salesman would of made us aware that it was 18 amps. We needed electrician to rewire to use. Next time we need to be more informed and ask the right questions. Who knew we now need to be experts on buying appliances. We lived without one for a month. So happy to have one again.

Previous microwaves have had detailed booklets on operation and care. The installation person said more information was available online, which is cumbersome. Also, there was a problem with the vent being loose, and the installation person was ready to leave before it was corrected - I caught him before he left, and he was able to correct the problem. I'm still learning to use this appliance.

great deal, solid build

It's solid, super well built. The door on the microwave is very, very solidly built; feels like closing the door on a nice expensive sports car where you hear a solid, comfortable "CLUNK" when closing. The finish on the microwave is very, very nice – it's a "brushed" stainless steel and matches the other Whirlpool appliances we have in our kitchen. Great price, too!
