I picked this item out because of the way the door closes. It doesn't have hooks it has flat pieces and they're very quiet. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't have fast buttons in the way of minutes. You can't just hit three and have it cook for 3 minutes. You have to put in 300. It does have fast buttons for cook times for certain foods.

I found the one I wanted and now started to compare prices on line. The prices are relatively comparable with one glaring exception. Best Buy stocked the microwave and I could pick it up in an hour. There was no wait or delivery fee. That was a savings of $80. Also, having used the delivery service for appliances I can assure you there is no upside. I could not be any happier with my purchase today.
