Very satisfied with this microwave. It is a little larger than I thought it was going to be, but fits nicely under the cabinet over the stove. It is easy to use and was easy to install.

Buttons are on the bottom, easy to reach and read. It's large and has all the perfect preset buttons. It's awesomw!

Our other microwave was falling apart so I shopped online for weeks trying to find a good deal. Then this microwave showed up on the Best Buy site and it was such a great price I couldn't pass it up. So far it works perfectly. My husband and kids have even commented on how much they like using it.

The basic feature set meets our needs. The power is better than our old microwave of the same ratng. The installation process was OK. I really wish microwave manufactures would standardize the mounting hole positions between brands to make replacement installations easy and clean.

We all want microwaves for the same thing. This one does it as well as any. Not all the bells and whistles, but most of don't use those anyway. Don't be upset because it's not a convection, buy a convection if that's what you want. 5 stars because it does exactly what it is meant for.

I saw this over-the-range microwave for a great price, since the store was trying to get rid of its older models. Even though the tag says it wasn't missing any accessories, there were several key components missing: the filter and the mounting templates. Also somebody had switched out the platter with a chipped one that didn't fit the model. The templates weren't completely necessary, as the directions gave wall-mounting instructions for such an eventuality, but didn't give good directions for where the holes go in the cabinet above the unit. As far as the unit itself goes, it seems to work fine. There are problems with rotation of the platter, which is why I think it has the wrong one in it. We're still getting used to the difference in controls.

Love this microwave it is very simple and easy to use plus looks amazing. The stainless is easy to keep clean as well. I have not had an issues with this product.

Our previous micro had a crack in the door and, compared to this one, it seemed very "flimsy." The Micro besides being bigger and better looking, is sturdy it is solid.

This microwave was fairly easy to install with two people. It has been excellent for us, heats food evenly and quickly, and looks beautiful in our kitchen. Highly recommended.

the over the range microwave works very quietly. It's stainless steel finish makes it look sleek. The only complaint is it doesn't have an off button for the turntable.

We have had the microwave installed for about a week now and it does heat but takes longer to heat than our previous microwave. It also has very minimal programming and bad instructions. You have to look inside the door for most of them. I would purchase a better model next time and since it is already installed I will not be returning it but praying for an earlier life expectancy so I can get something a little better. LOL, I guess you get what you pay for.

Had a some trouble trying to install. Had to call for some help. Other than that it is quite and very simple to use. Great at night when you need to heat up something half asleep.

The microwave works great, and has an attractive appearance. It has less options than my last one. In particular, you can't turn off the turntable for when you have a rectangular type dish, but it does have a soften/melt button which may come in handy.

Microwave is white and very pretty. Fits perfectly over the stove and I really like that the plate turns inside. Easy to clean and wipe down. Easy to work all the features.

Microwave works as it should. Very powerful and fans work great. I previously had the gold series model that stopped working after 2 years. I did not use to sensor technology since it did not work well. This model is great for my basic needs.

We purchased this microwave because we had to replace the one that had went out. For the money this is a great microwave and it looks great.

my only real complaint about this microwave was that the install instructions kept referring to the install template, but never pointed out that it was in fact a pop out section of the cardboard box, which was not at all clear or obvious. Otherwise, the options it has work great, and the price I paid was really just amazingly good for a stainless model. I don't use the vent, so I can't speak to that.

Great microwave. Easy to install. All the basic features. Heats evenly. Only issue not much protective packing. Was shipped to my house and arrived damaged. Was only cosmetic but still a pain.
