I bought this for my elderly mother-in-law. It replaced another brand that was blowing fuses. It was easy for my mother-in-law to pick up the new look of the controls.

Works great. Heats much faster than our old microwave.

Though a bit under powered at 1000 Watts it heats adequately. Use of buttons and adjustments is simple. Black does show dust more readily. Looks good and does the job and it was reasonably priced.

After doing a lot of research and reading about a million reviews, I finally chose this microwave. Most of the bad points I read about it don't seem to exist. Super loud buzzer? Nope, it's just a normal beep. Doesn't have auto-start features for 1, 2, 3 minute cook times? I'm not terribly worried about the nano seconds it takes me to press that 0 button twice. Most review complaints seemed pretty trivial. This is just a good solid microwave. It works well, has a good numerical pad layout, night light, timer, auto cook functions, and all the other basics. So far I've had it for about 2 months, use it on a regular basis and I've had no issues or complaints about it. And it's a very nice looking microwave to boot.

I have only had this micro for a few weeks but I love it. The options are not complicated. It opens and closes so nicely. My kids really like the add 30 seconds button :)

I have a Kitchen Aid in my home and bought this for rental. So far it works great. Door is much more quiet than the Kitchen Aid I have. Not loud at all when heating.

This microwave is so efficient. The installation was easy, just be sure you have at least two people to hold and mount. The fan is great and it heats things quickly. All the options to cook and thaw have worked great.

Unit works great for a minimal frills microwave (no sensor) which is fine for us because we never used those features in the last microwave. I figure it is just less features to have problems with. It still has preset times for popcorn and some other items. Overall great value microwave! It has a +30 second key that works great. The blue clock is kinda hard to get used to as all the other appliances in the kitchen have the typical green clock.
