Not terribly impressed!

It didn't affect the function, so I opted to keep it. Installation was relatively easy. The included operating instructions are very brief, so one has to figure out the touch panel controls by trial and error. I bought this microwave to replace an older GE Profile microwave that had a much better user interface. User ratings for this Whirlpool product were good, but I am not impressed with it. When I open the door, both visible labels have been put on crooked. Although it is not an operational aspect, it makes me wonder about the quality control of this Chinese-made product. I also purchased a 5 year protection plan. However, if I need to use it, I apparently have to bring the product in to Best Buy. I can only hope they are around for the next 5 years if anything goes wrong.
