Works great and looks good

Just as important to me was the look and this microwave looks beautiful with my other Whirlpool appliances. The clock readout is clear and very bright. . .it even thrown enough light to be used as a nightlight in the kitchen. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Open Box was not a good idea
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After buying our washer and dryer and most recently our range from best buy I was once again online researching over the range microwaves! I came across the microwave that I had settled on on the best buy website! The best buy website was offering one microwave at a discounted price because it was labeled as open box! It stated that the item was in excellent condition and there was I damage! When the microwave was delivered by ups we noticed that it was not packed in a box but was wrapped in a trash bag over styrofoam casing around the microwave! When we finally got the wrapping off the microwave we noticed all this damage to he microwave! So many dents and broken pieces! I believe that best buy is to blame for packaging the product so poorly! When we called to let them know they just blamed ups! Ridiculous! So we had to haul the microwave back to our local bat buy store so that we could get a refund! I guess I learnd my lesson about buying an open box item!
