It does what it's supposed to do, and does it well. The buttons are nice and visible, the vent works well, I wish the exterior light was a little brighter... But other than that, I'm happy.

It has good installation instructions/templates and functions well. No problems so far. I have not run a wide range of food through it yet, so I cannot testify to that or its defrost abilities.

Bought microwave as open box display.was missing more parts than described. Was able to find parts online. Used 1 part from old microwave.still was good deal.working fine so far

door is so much easier to open than any other brand we tried. have always loved my whirlpool appliances.

Microwave not as user friendly as my previous one, takes more buttons to accomplish what I could with one button. The 30 second button is useful for warming in short intervals.

Bought this unit to replace an older broken model and I'm not disappointed. I like the potato, popcorn and pizza buttons and the attached cooking guide. It takes the guessing out of reheating and cooking.

Cooks very evenly. Looks nice. The reheat works better than any one I've ever had. Also the melting of butter is perfect. It doesn't heat it so hot that it splatters all over

I would recommend this product. We had a GE before and this is so much better. The handle is strong and will not break off like are other one.

I needed a microwave and preferably a Whirlpool and that's what I got. I'm very happy with it. It doesn't have as many "buttons" as my old one but it works just fine.

Works well with the rest of the matching appliances we purchased. My only complaint is that it could be a little shallower, it is an inch or two deeper than others we looked at.

Great Microwave if you do not like anything fancy and just want a over the stove microwave it look great and doesn't have any unnecessary rack in it , light is decently bright.

Great microwave. Only complaint - color of text on the mircrowave doesn't exactly match the color of the text on the matching stove. They are just a tad off. But that is just me being OCD.

We don't require extensive features in our microwave oven. This product looks good and efficiently performs all functions we need. Great choice for our house.

Love the 30 second button! Digital display light is pretty blue! I like being able to dim the under light. Has a soften/melt setting for butter & ice cream!

Bought this to complete a remodel and it is a great item. Really like the look of it although it seems to stick out a little farther in depth then most microwaves

This stove is awesome, first time we've had a glass top which makes it easier to clean. Also the oven has no element on the bottom which will be easier to clean.

So far microwave works great. Too soon to give a real review. I have only had it for about 1 month. I would like to give a real review after 1 year.

Nothing else to add, but I would like best buy to provide a better installation services

purchased as a 4 piece whirlpool set. units look great in the kitchen. microwave doesn't have all the bells and whistles but for the price, it can't be beat.

Would not have bought white but it matches the other appliances in the condo. We have a much more expensive whirlpool built in microwave in our home and we love it.
