My old whirlpool microwave broke after 6 years. This was easy to instal and fit right on the old mounting bracket

Purchased this to replace a 5 year old microwave that quit working, same model. Same keypad makes it an easy transition for my senior parents. It is just slightly different in looks (improvement) and I think the door opens with a little less resistance (also a plus for parents). Basic microwave that works well and was an easy install since hardware hadn't changed. Lost a star due to first one only lasting 5 years with fairly light usage.

So easy to use and it works great. Love the look of it too

Microwave replaced a prior Whirlpool, and this is fabulous. It is easy to use, clean and has great features.

I like the fact of the turntable is recessed into the bottom of the microwave. There are two things I don’t like, #1. When mounted the vent at the top is wide open. If something small falls out of the cabinet above it can fall into the microwave top. #2. I purchased dimmable LED light bulbs for the night light but when I turn the night light off the bulb stays on. I had to put the old bulb back in.

This replaced our previous microwave which sadly only lasted two years. This is a great value .

Was listed as open-box excellent, not even close IMO the door was so damaged it was extremely difficult to open. Of course this was Best Buy's fault for listing it as excellent I even called to ask and was told that excellent would mean fully functional with minor cosmetic only damage. Not even close. Best Buy messed up on this one

This product is working okay now, but the initial one I was given had a defect upon installation (in which the employees said they have never heard of before). I will say, their customer service was superb, and in a little more than a week I had a new one installed. If not for this issue, I would have given it 5 stars. I have only had it a few days, but have loved having the use of a microwave back!

I love the size . Not too big not too small. I love that I have the extra room on the counter now
