Size of the microwave is what attracted us first. However, we should have read reviews as it is quiet loud when it cooks.

There’s a large dent in the top which you can’t see when it’s installed but it’s still there. I wrote to customer service about it and got no response at all.

This microwave started having problems in year 1. It constantly displays the "door" alert and will not function even though the door is tightly secured. It went from happening occasionally, to now, the microwave is barely useable. I have done some research and I didn't just get a one-off dud - this is a problem many customers complain about and Whirlpool is not helpful. It is a safety concern - because WHEN the microwave does work - sometimes it does so with the door open. These microwaves should be recalled and everyone should get a new, safe and functioning replacement.
