I can fix it, but poor quality compared to old model. The real problem is the sheet metal cosmetic defect. Whirlpool said they won't do anything for me unless a third-party repairman comes out to look. So, now I have to inconvenience myself further to go through a repairman rather than someone at Whirlpool simply looking at the images? I'll be posting this on all retailer sites to stay away from Whirlpool products.

However, the instructions lack detail, therefore trial and error prevails. Can't rate 5Star only because I'm not sure if I am using the microwave to its fullest potential.

The other one lasted several years so we hope to get more out of this one .

After the install though it was has been great. Looks good above the stove. The light is not as bright and doesn't cover as much as our previous one but its still good.
