The microwave works very well. Rice cooker with sensor is great (use every night). Big enough for nearly anything you would heat up in a microwave.

Purchased as a open box, display model. Works great. Easy to install.

The microwave is good but it has about three flaws of design: 1) the light is placed too much on the back, which other people wrote about; 2) the handle is too thick/bulky/massive for the model (why did it need it like that?); 3) the panel 'buttons' are too small, I need to press them ay least twice to make them work. My previous microwave, same brand worked superbly for 17 years. I wonder how long the current one will last.

Love the way finger prints don’t stick to the stainless steel like my previous microwave. This works great as well. Good quality product for the money.

The microwave looks great and works awesome. Very quiet

Replacement for one I already had. Workhorse. Easy to operate. Had to replace due to a fire. Wanted to replace with exactly the same.

Had only a couple months but so far all working ok. Install was easy. Stove light could be brighter. Manual could have been written with more detail, especially on the added sensor feature. Double shelf is nice feature but rarely use and removable rack needs to be stored elsewhere rather than with the microwave which is how it should have been made. I’m sure we will forget about where we stored it soon! Install was easy. Glad I didn’t use Bestbuy install. Had the dishwasher installed myself as their installers won’t do any custom installs and are tied to one methodology by their management. I gave them one star but Bestbuy seems not to want to post that review.

Love the size of the microwave and ease of use. Haven’t had the chance to use the second tier rack, so it’s kinda a pain in the butt.

Larger inside than most others and has a stainless look inside. So many selections, plus exhaust levels and light choices. Would buy it again.

We replaced our microwave with basically the same one which lasted about 8 years of crazy wear and tear and we love it!!
