It started with the light flickering when the door was opened. We thought the bulb was about to die, but I think it was the door messing up the whole time. Now when you put something in and try to use it, it just says "door" as if the door is still open. This $200+ only lasted a year.

Upon opening the box, the left corner upper corner of the microwave was found dented and bent. I didn't have the time to wait for a new one to be shipped and now have a dented and bent (brand new) microwave installed in a fully remodeled home.

I gave it to my friend as a gift but according to him, after a few weeks of using it, they started to hear weird noises after turning the fan off. I am kinda dissapointed because I wanted them to be really happy after having this appliances.

The manner in which the oven door swings open requires about one additional inch. We returned the unit for a full refund and purchased a different unit.

Awful controls
