Very easy to install with the provided templates. My first overhead microwave install, took about an hour and a half. It looks very high end for the price and works like any microwave should. The exhaust is no more loud than the old hood it replaced. Lights are good and bright enough to see what you are cooking. Would buy again!!

We had a similar Whirlpool Microwave that quit. This one was an exact fit that did not require any modifications of the "over the stove" mounting arrangements. Works fine and does the job. The price was very good and previous reviews were positive.

Replaced an older model microwave, This one was much bigger than the one I had. When installers came, they couldn't cut the cabinet above it. No problem getting a refund which was done cheerfully. The customer service team was excellent. I had the microwave installed and couldn't be happier...thank you Best Buy for a great team.

We replaced our old microwave with this one and it's amazing. Very easy and not heavy at all to install although you will need some help when mounting it. The keypad is easy to operate and the inside is really large with the turn table in place.You will not be disappointed with this product.

Arrived dented on the side and light flickers now when opening the door occasionally.

Over the range microwave works well. Enough features to heat items. If you cook in a microwave then you may want more features but this works for our needs. Wipes clean easily, quiet. Just be sure of dimensions, it is larger than some and sticks out a little.

I'm really enjoying my Whirlpool microwave. I've had it now for 2 months. It replaces my previous Whirlpool. It has a nice, clean look to it. I've experienced no problems with the keypad. Happy with my purchase and even better the sale price I bought it for.

This stainless steel microwave is a nice quite machine for the price.

We bought this as part of a matched set of Whirlpool appliances. My only gripe is that this microwave mounts a few inches away from the back wall and thus sits further out than our previous over-the-range microwave. Other than that, we love it!

This is a great microwave. I did think there was something wrong with it when the fan turned itself on and would not turn off but it turns out it happens as a safety feature when the heat from the stove is hot to keep it from being damaged. Nice feature.

Bought it for my business. This microwave is huge. It fits bigger dishes. One problem I came across was the power feed cable. It is top mounted so I had to carve a piece of the cabinet so it could fit in. Otherwise, no complaints.

Good item. A little loud, but it does the job. Easy to install.

Very please with new whirlpool dish washer. Very very quiet. I got the one that silverware rack in on the door only problem my silverware is wider than half of the wholes that are in the rack so in future I would suggest manufacturer to make a litte wider.

I did a self-install with this over the stove microwave. Instructions were easy and I was able to install it. The paper outline was difficult to use on the bottom of the cabinet. I had to pin it so I could mark the holes. Other than that, no problems.
