The perfect size, easy install, took 10 minutes. Replaced a 20 year whirlpool microwave because the handle finally broke off. Love everything about it, even has a automatic fan for the range. Top notch, I’ll be buying another one in 20 years.

Not exactly what I thought but good anyway

This unit seemed to have all the features I wanted and at a very good sale price. For the most part that's true and I've been pleased with its performance. However, the images online showed that it was to have an internal rack for 2-tier cooking but, in fact, it does not and cannot have one added to it. That became clear at the time of installation but, rather than send it back and start again, I accepted that outcome. I then requested a certain discount from Best Buy due to the discrepancy of the image vs. reality and I was accommodated, so I feel all's well in the end.

Microwave works perfectly, not very loud. The fan works well to remove smoke from cooking. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

The only thing I wish it had is the one button cook (push 1 for 1 minute, 2 for 2 minutes, etc. ) Other than that it is a great microwave.
