Pros: good value and just what we were looking for. Easy to install. Con: No sensor reheat option.

I'm very pleased with my microwave. It's quite simple, I don't need a lot of extra functions that I'll never use. It is rather loud but not a deal breaker. My only criticism is the lack of information on how to use the preprogrammed functions. It took my granddaughter to point out that the instructions are on the inside front of the microwave. Lol! I was looking for printed instructions on paper. That's how old I am!

The one it replaced was noisy in every respect and this one is nearly silent! It’s very simple to clean, intuitive to operate and very good looking. Also, Best Buy had the best price and my sales lady was terrific: no pressure but very knowledgeable!

This microwave is a good purchase for my new kitchen. It has all of the typical settings, and worked immediately out of the box. The instructions were easy to understand, and it offers many shortcuts for cooking. It heats way better than my previous countertop model.

It's soo quiet and heats up in seconds! I love it already! I just hope it lasts as long as my previous Frigidaire that I had for nearly 9 years! Wish the turntable was a little larger though but otherwise it's perfect!!!

This microwave doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that my previous Samsung did, but it is very easy to use and the programmed settings it has are exactly what I need. Great value for the price!

My over the range Whirlpool died. I checked Bestbuy.com and they had a perfect match and at a fantastic price. Since it was a perfect match, I did not have to install any wall mounting hardware. I just unboxed it and slid it on the existing wall mounts and I was good to go.

We had a great experience shopping in the Best Buy of Spanish Fort, AL. Everyone and I mean everyone is so helpful! We found a 'great unbeatable buy" and the microwave is state of the art and very sleek looking,. Performs great, just what we needed!

Of the three Whirlpool appliances we purchased, this is my favorite. It is an excellent microwave. Looks great. Large size. Works well. I can't ask for much more than that. Oh, and it was affordably priced. Would recommend!
