Night and day difference between this and our GE, which dies after just 2 years.

After a week of going back and forth the microwave was in my local store and I cancelled my online purchase and just bought this one on the spot. I’m giving a 5 star because the microwave itself works beautifully and look amazing. The customer service on the other hand is atrocious and needs work!

Overall happy with purchase but hate that it does not have quick heat setting like when you hit the number 2 it doesn’t auto heat for 2 mins

It heats things up quickly. My only critique is the lack of volume control. As far as I can see this model only allows for on/off volume rather than low/high.

This Whirlpool OTR Microwave is just beautiful, very efficient, spacious and so easy to use. Best Buy had what I was looking for. The customer service at the Merced location was excellent. The installers were friendly and experienced in getting the Microwave installed. Thank You Best Buy!
