Very good microwave. Had it now for about 5 months. I replaced an older over the range Whirlpool microwave that lasted for 12 years with the newer model of it. I am glad I did not go with the Samsung one that I was comparing with.

Bought to match the rest of my appliances. Looks and works great, easy to install. I like the sensor options for reheating/cooking, nice upgrade over the old one and seems to work well. Got on a really good sale, almost half normal price - very nice microwave.

Love this Whirlpool microwave! The stainless steel finish doesn't show fingerprints. It's easy to clean both inside and out. And it's easy to use for a technically challenged person like me. All of my appliances are Whirlpool. I have confidence in the brand.

This is my second Whirlpool microwave in the last four years. The previous one only lasted 3 years (magnetron issue). Hopefully, this one lasts longer. I like the grey interior of this one (previous one was white). It has a very modern look and feel to it. It does a great job using the sensor to make popcorn.

We were saddened to view a very limited selection of Microwave units for over-the-range until we checked out Best Buy. They had the exact color, biscuit, which has become difficult to find in other stores. They had it at the Christiana location within three days. Installation was simple. A fine unit. Thanks so much Best Buy!!!

Best Buy and the installation team did everything perfectly. Could not be more pleased with the purchase, installation appointment and actual work done. Exceeded every expectation. Microwave is tuly fingerprint resistant and although a basic microwave is does everything and quietly too

compare to the previous microwave that we had this one is much better, quality, operation system, and performance. we are more satisfy with this product.

I purchased the oven and ordered installation. Installer came on time and installed it with no issue. He should have told my tenant how to use the provided metal rack because it caused spark when she put it in without need of 2-level cooking.

Very nice microwave. Works wonderful. The problems I have were the door is hard to shut. You have to put a lot of force to get it to shut. It’s left open often. And I wish the first few numbers were quick minutes. I could just push 2 and have 2 minutes cook.

I purchased this microwave as a replacement for one that I had for about 12 years. It is a great. It comes with a removable rack that allows you to warm multiple items at the same time. It is easy to clean and it is not noisy.

Havent installed yet but will look beautiful in my new redesigned kitchen. It looks so sleek. I am anxious!

I just love my new microwave...My old one lasted 20 years and I’m hoping this one does as well. I love that it has the sensor option and that it plays a music tune when it’s done......cleans up great and it’s very big inside. It also came with a cooking rack if you have many things to heat up or cook....so far it’s the best microwave ..

Purchased during Black Friday sale. It was delivered in a few days. Installed it myself with no difficulty. Instructions and template are clear and pretty easy to follow if you have some basic handyman skills. Good to have a helper because it is heavy. Looks nice and works as expected. Fingerprint resistant surface makes it easy to keep it looking clean.
