Drop in replacement for our ~16 year old 1.9 cu ft whirlpool microwave, we were able to use the old wall bracket and screw holes. Overall this microwave is great, the "done" chime is a little grating with how long it plays but a minor issue for sure. Heats food quickly and throughly. It did take me a few days to realize the "+30 sec" was a separate button, our old unit the start button did both jobs and the markings on the keypad don't make this very clear (I know this was a major complaint in another review and I was frustrated until figuring this out). Very happy with the purchase and that we were able to pick it up the same day at the best buy warehouse (other sellers were quoting weeks!) Hopefully we'll get 15+ years out of this one too!

Great microwave oven. The convenience of the removable rack allows you to heat multiple items at once. Very easy to use with the preset options. Just be careful using the preset popcorn option because although it senses the correct sized bag, it heats for longer than needed.

Love this microwave! The SENSORY option, when heating things up, takes a lot of the guess work out of it. And the STEAM option is off the hook!! Would have given it 5-Stars if it was designed with a lit-up keypad/control panel. Impossible to see when room is dark. This would come in handy in the morning when you want to turn on the simple surface light.

Really happy with this purchase. Was able to install it rather easily to replace my older over-the-range whirlpool model. While the regular price is a bit pricey it would be worth it. I was able to buy it while it was on sale for ~$100 off, so feels like a pretty awesome value.

Microwave exceeded all expectations. Needed a black stainless to match the rest of kitchen appliances. Very confident in the Whirlpool name. Works good and the product arrived in excellent condition.

This is a nice microwave oven sufficient for my needs. I use it mainly for reheating and defrosting. It's quiet and powerful enough, looks good, convenient and easy to use.

Nice unit overall. Pros: looks good Cool grey inside Many options, but not complicated panel. Cons: (reviews are right) Lighting inside is too weak It IS a loud door The tone is musical and rather soft (my food is done, not my laundry). A con for me but maybe you'll like it

If you need to cook a whole meal, you can do that, if you need to reheat an item no problem. This simple to use microwave has built in sensors to take out the guest work on some of the cooking and reheating features. And the 30 second one button instantly reheats your cup of coffee.

I an quite pleased with this microwave. The only suggestion I would have is that there does not seem to be an instruction manual that helps with all the settings.

Easy installation, looks nice, good of options works great.

I have had this microwave for less than a month. So far I have used it mainly for heating food. It is easy to use and heats very good. I did bake a squash in it that came out fine. It does not take much time for items to heat up. Have not noticed any cold spots when heating foods.

Microwave is terrific. Fits in my kitchen well; looks great. Does what a microwave needs to do. Delivery experience was a disaster.

Excellent microwave—had this in the house I sold in the Spring and had to replace microwave in house I just purchased. Can’t say anything negative about this appliance—just buy it and you will be satisfied with its performance.

I got a good deal on this, looks great, i have had it for 2 months now and its holding up well so far. Nice bang for your buck. If you are looking for high end quality the spend more money. If you just want a decent microwave at a decent price, this is a decent microwave.

I was in a hurry to get the labor day sale and had no time to look in store. So I went completely off the reviews for this. I am impressed! It was delivered yesterday, along with the other appliances I ordered. Looks better than I expected. I will update this in a few weeks if I have changed my mind
