    It works great. Our old microwave had a quick cook function that allowed us to just click 1 and it would cook one minute, this one doesn't have that but it is still a great microwave.

    This microwave replaces a Samsung that had electronic issues. The door latches had to be replaced on the Samsung. Finally, the motherboard blew after only 7 years. This microwave looks great and has excellent versatile features. It has a steaming feature and pleasant tones when finished cooking. Great power and it's reliability is touted by those who own it in reviews.

    This unit replaced a previous Whirlpool microwave. It was an upgrade with the black stainless exterior and matches our other Whirlpool black stainless appliances. Overall very satisfied, minor issues like hitting the Start button for a 30 second warm up are gone and the door has to be opened and closed again if things have been sitting (i.e. baked potato) for a while before cooking can be activated.
