    It should be a 5 star rating, because the microwave is GREAT and a wonderful upgrade to our kitchen. However, we bought it as an open box. Even though it was a deal in-store, there was no mounting bracket, installation template, that metal rack that no one uses, the screws and hardware, and no grease filter. Just something for you to think about.

    I switched up to the whirlpool brand and haven’t been disappointed yet. I had a Samsung and it was the worse. I don’t believe in there product anymore. Switching to whirlpool. About to get rid of my fridge next.

    Researched features/values/reviews on lots of over the range microwaves, and this one hit the "sweet spot". Then, it went on sale! Had delivery and install done by Best Buy - that went without any problems - fast and professional. Really enjoying the new microwave, especially like the silver non-stick coating on the inside. Full of features I haven't used yet - but so far, on the normal "heating stuff up and popping popcorn" this has been GREAT.

    The microwave works well, but the fan goes on automatically when not in use whenever the oven and all stovetop burners are on and there’s no way to turn it off, even when all burners and oven are turned off. The fan is extremely loud and stays on throughout our dinner time.
