    The first one broke out of warranty so we bought a new one, same model. IT might have been because of the size of the microwave hole and it taking 5 minutes to swap out, or we might have loved the unit. We do like the unit.

    Just received the new microwave. Seems to be working fine. However, the instructions lack detail, therefore trial and error prevails. Can't rate 5Star only because I'm not sure if I am using the microwave to its fullest potential.

    I've had the microwave for about two months now and I really like it. One option that is really like is the ability to add a rack which allows me to take advantage of the "microspace".Would recommend!

    This Whirlpool microwave offers many convenient features, including defrost, reheat, “warm and hold” cycles as well as the option to choose timing and power level. This model is very quiet and lets me set a timer even when I’m not using the microwave. It also has a very helpful light under the unit over my stove top. I’m extremely satisfied with this microwave.

    Beautiful microwave. It is quiet and heats food evenly. I love the sound it makes when food is done. Best Buy installers came early and installed the microwave over my oven quickly and with no problem. Thank you. Will recommend the microwave and using Best Buy to have it installed.
