Had to replace my microwave and this one seemed to be the best one for my needs. The wifey loves it, so that is 99% of the good review. It installed fairly easily with some help positioning it where the old LG one was and matched up to the venting. While we did have to install a new back bracket and overhead screws, it wasn't too bad and came with all we needed. Works great and wifey is happy!!!

Great Whirlpool company and excellent new model. First we got confirmation email to pick up. The local Best Buy store helped us. Also, a representative put microwave in our car. It was easy to replace old model with a new one, because the size and bracket was the same. This microwave is working properly. Thanks.

This microwave is the updated version of the one I already had. It still matches my other appliances. I like it's performance. The controls are easy to see and use. The inside cleans up easily with a damp cloth or sponge. This is probably the best looking and best performing microwave I've ever owned.

I've had it a month so far and is working great. It was not hard to install either. templates provided to tape on wall and under cabinet for easily aligning where to drill holes. No extra shelf inside but that's OK. I don't have to remove one then when cooking taller things. Quiet when running. I was self cleaning my oven (so it got really hot) and the fan on the microwave automatically kicked on. That feature was nice! Can't press 1 - 5 to start 1:00 to 5:00 quick start like my old one, but have gotten used to pressing a few extra buttons.

This microwave is the perfect size! I love all of the cooking features on it!

I love this microwave. It's easy to use, easy to clean and looks great in any kitchen. Excellent product for the price. I like it so much I have one & put it in two rentals as well. Highly recommend.

Microwave is beautiful. Don't cook many things, but reheating is awesome and is very spacious. Very easy to use.

Whirlpool 1.7 cubic feet Microwave oven above the range works very good. It looks good. It is easy to clean. The oven heats all kind of food , both the liquid and solid. We are very satisfied with its performance, and may consider buying other products as the need arises from Best Buy. The salesman was very knowledgeable. He told us about discounts that were avialable and th whole purchase process went very smoothly.

Works great but came with some dents. There was only one in store and didn’t want to deal with having to wait for another to be shipped.

Easy to use once you go on line to find the instructions since no startup manual came with unit. Quiet and looks very nice with the other stainless steal appliacnces.

I recently purchased a Whirlpool, and I have to say, it is awesome. The fit is perfect, so quiet and easy to operate. When we bought our home 5 years ago, we HAD to purchase GE products, which I hate. This microwave is the last appliance I have replaced, and I am a happy wife and cook. It is quiet, and looks so nice. Thank you Best Buy, and you definitely own up to your name. We have been using your products,for many years and we have NEVER been disappointed. (I'm 77) Thank you!
