Made my order online with in store pickup which i did that day. Get to the store, and after the service rep looked around and made some calls, he comes back to tell me that when I made the order they pulled the floor model out as they were out of new in box items. Asked if I wanted to see it. So I checked it out and it looked in good shape. Asked for a discount for it since it was out of box and missing the mounting bolts. Got a $20 discount. Great! Get it home, mounted and installed. (My mistake I guess for not plugging it in BEFORE manhandling the beast up on the wall). Try using it, and nothing. No lights, no turntable movement, no cooking. Only thing that worked on it was the clock. Made sure it wasn't a demo mode issue, which is clearly shown on the display when it is set. Not the issue. So, called the store for a replacement. Can't get one for another week. Said OK, not realizing I would be charged a 2nd time for the replacement. Fortunately I had the funds in my bank, but that money was tied up for a week before getting the replacement. Replacement works as expected, but I was very disappointed in Best Buy. Firstly, I ordered this online to save me some time and should never expect to get to the store and receive an open box or floor model. Secondly felt slighted that having already paid for 1 defective microwave that I would be charged for a 2nd replacement microwave. You do that on your dime, Best Buy, not mine. Should have received an additional discount for the hassle. Next time, if there is one, I will go to the store and pick out the box and forego the possibility of getting an opened box item. Otherwise the replacement works fine, or else the score would be lower.

Need a replaced Over-the-Range Microwave to replace our constantly failing Frigidaire that would turn on automatically when we closed the door. We looked and priced out many different models and we loved they way this one looked. The stylish BLUE numbers really add a little something extra in the Kitchen. Works great after a month of use with a household of 6 people. Con: The installation was some what difficult it takes too people, but since we already had the old microwave installed it was do able. *Suggestion if you are installing it new have a certified technician install it.

We only had three choices because white does not seem to be popular. I miss the express buttons for 1 to 6 minutes on my old microwave and it had a rack in it. This one works fine but feels a little cheap with the door and handle.

The microwave itself is high quality, efficient, and quiet. It would be a 5 star item had the hardware that came with it not be so cheaply made. We actually twisted off the top of a lag screw while screwing it into the (pre-drilled) wall.My suggestion would be to get decent lag screws at the hardware store before starting installation. Again, the microwave itself is awesome, the mounting materials not so much...

Great micro for the price, easy installation too. Cooks evenly. sensor cooking is the only thing it doesn't have

I purchased this microwave to match other Whirlpool appliances in the kitchen. The microwave is of average quality. I think Whirlpool could have used a bit higher quality material on the door but at this price point it was good.

I don't cook in a Microwave, just reheat foods so this one more than meets my needs. Quiet and efficient. Aesthetically appealing and functional.

We bought this microwave to replace the exact same one that had quit working. This new one has additional features the older model didn't, we are very pleased with our purchase.

A good mcrowave,worksjust like the old one.The door opens & closes easily & has a simple layout.The only drawbacks it has,to me at least, is that the LED readouts could be larger & sharper,the flat panel buttons are hard to push,& there is not an option to turn off the turntable.Other than that,it cooks evenly,the fan works good,& the light inside was bright.

The microwave is a nice size with the feature you need for over the stove. It has many features that are helpful in cooking

What else is there to say. Microwave is very affordable & looks great with the other Whirpool appliances I purchased. Gets food warmed quickly

Cooks evenly and thoroughly, like the bright blue digital display. Doesn't have a wire rack above the turntable ... I hardly ever used that in my previous microwaves but it'd be nice to still have the option available.

Need a replacement for our GE microwave and saw good reviews for this one. After a few months, it has been a solid microwave. Our only gripe is that the timer only beeps once, so if you miss it, then you better remember!

This microwave is very quiet, heats very evenly in a short amount of time and looks great too!

Easy to use. Lots of buttons to select and easy to clean. Looks great. Combo of SS and black as I transition from black appliances.

If you want stainless, and who doesn't? This is the microwave for you. It makeseems popcorn and regards last night's dinner. Which all we use microbes for anyway. Seriously... who is cooking with these???

So far so good. I wish there was a way to dim the clock on it. the blue light is so bright at night I can see it in the bedroom and it does wake me up. The fit is good and looks great next to mu cabinets

Great microwave, no complaints so far. It was easy to install and it works like a charm, even quieter than the previous one.

i have been looking for a long time to put a microwave above my stove, this has all the features you need. The 'quick cook" buttons leaving the guessing out of cooking, and it frees up space on my counter.

This was my first built-in microwave. Installation was not as difficult as I anticipated. I had read several reviews before purchasing, my unit is quiet, and works great. Would recommend this to everyone.
