I was pleasantly surprised to have a guide for the defrost, reheat, and cook buttons on the inside when you open the door. There is a number for the item and a number for weight or amount. Then wah la...its done your way, no more guessing.

I love it ... I had one before ..... This one is very much the same.... I had one for 18 years....

Works great, looks great and a great price for the features. I should have been more careful in measuring the required space over my range. This model is a little larger then most so it mounts a little closer to my range top then I would have preferred. It still looks great and have had no problems.

It doesn't have any fancy features, but I never use those anyway. Good price for the money.

It does what it supposed to do. Nice looking, however, because it is sticking out for about 3-4 inches it would be nice that outside of it was painted gray (to match stainless steel looking) not black.

Great looking stainless steel over the range microwave. However, it is hands down the loudest microwave I have ever owned, which was very unexpected. Also, the font size of the clock is so small, you pretty much have to be standing right in front of it to see the time or counter. I honestly have a bit of buyer's remorse on this one.

The only thing missing is the vent. My stove needs a place to vent and my old microwave had a vent

We got a great price and so far so good. The only thing is it is noisy. It is a bit loud.

Bought this for a remodel in a second/weekend home and it's a perfect size and performs great.

This product works great. Light is bright underneath but vent fan doesn't work very well.

We have only had it up for two days but we like it it was a good price and easy set up it looks nice too. We do not use our microwave that much I love that it has a fan and a night light. All around good experience ordered on line and picked up at store pretty simple.

Very nice microwave only downside is my old one was 1700 watts this is only 1000
