I really like this microwave. It has everything I was looking for. I especially liked that it DID NOT have a rack in it. For me, it was just one more step to keep taking it OUT every time I wanted to use it. The turn table was all I was looking for. That was perfect. My old microwave had a rack and I had to take it out all the time, it was a pain! The only thing I would change is the light on the outside. I use it all the time and it is very dull. I don't know if you can use a brighter bulb. But that is the ONLY thing I would change.

Like it, vent starts automatically. Do not make lot of notice.

This microwave is easy to use and has a variety of settings but they are not complicated to use.

No complaints at all with the microwave, reasonably easy to install and works like it is supposed to work. Service in store was pretty unspectacular, employee acted like we were inconveniencing him to help us.

Heats up food quick, and can hold a large dish if necessary .

So far this item has been great. Whirlpool has a great stainless design that has a different look from other manufacturers. We are happy with the performance of this microwave. Was delivered quickly to my local Best Buy for easy pickup!

I always refer to Consumers Report when the need to make any purchase comes up and so I chose this unit. It had a very good rating for the price. Works very well and I didn't even have to read the instruction booklet to get it running. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Our 7 year old Maytag decided that it was taking a permanent vacation and we had to find something else to take it's place. I found this on best buy's website on sale and it wouldn't clash with the other appliances so we gave it a shot. So far, it functions just as expected and even though it doesn't have near the bells and whistles as the Maytag, it has everything we normally use. Good purchase for us.

This microwave is easy to use and does the job. I was looking for an easy to use microwave for my mother in law. This was exactly what I was looking for! Best Buy did the install and they did a wonderful, clean job.

The Best Buy salesman offered a discount on a floor model. It still had the original mounting bracket and product information. It was not difficult to install over the oven. It freed up counter space.

I just installed this over-the-range microwave a few weeks ago. The installation process was pretty easy. The microwave and fan work as they are supposed to. Not too many features, but a good basic microwave for the price.
