Cheap and will not last but looks OK. Nothing more to say

Our old microwave died so we needed to get a new one ASAP. Overall it's a decent microwave for the price. It just doesn't have some of the features we were accustomed to with our old one but it works fine enough. It gets the job done.

Works great so far! Hope it can last longer than the last microwave I bought of another brand. We will see, I guess. It's one of those appliances that you don't notice too much unless it breaks on you, and then you really miss it.

Nice microwave, does the job well as expected. The interesting thing is the fan turns on automatically when things really heat up on the range. At first we thought it was possessed, but finally figured out it was reacting to the hot range. Really good product.

I wanted to get my microwave off a cart so I could put up my new curio cabinet. This worked but had to raise my cupboard up to ceiling to make it work so it was not too close to stove. BUT I have low ceilings so most people will not have this problem (which is not a problem now). I love it.

good buy, excellent microwave for the space and cost---fit into the decor of the kitchen--looks great with the other appliances. Would recommend to other families. Easy features to operate and has a wide range of cooking temperatures. Easy to install.

This microwave is exactly as described: Beautiful black finish, attractive design, easy to use control panel. It's got all the necessities for the average microwave user. I'm not sure why people would spend hundreds more! Oh yeah, installation was easy too.

I had to replace an old whirlpool microwave that had birds nest in the fan and damaged the motor. This one met the specs and has done a great job. The only difference is the color of the timer light. It is a bright green which is different than the oven

I don't do any fancy cooking in a microwave. Use mainly for warming food so I don't need a lot of fancy features. This microwave does the job and more without being complicated and at a very reasonable price.

The microwave is easy to use, meets expectations, and is a budget-friendly purchase. Users may not be taking advantage of all features because manufacturer does not include or offer a "How to Use" booklet.

i am an investor and bought the unit for a house i am going to flip so i don't have an idea of the quality of the unit since i haven't used it myself. but the price is good and best buy had the best deal compared to other distributors

Old one quit working so I got a new one. Went right up with ease, however it came with a blown light bulb so I took the bulb out of the old microwave. This one seems a little louder when in use than the old one, but it does the job.

I got a really great deal on this microwave that I couldn't pass up. The only negative was that this item was on back order for a month but that's on Whirlpool. It's also why I got the great deal plus free install from Best Buy.

Works good. The only thing I dont like is when I set a timer it only beeps once whereas other timers on other units will sound until turned off. I like having to turn it off manually because I am not always near to hear it.

Love the stainless steel finish, very large interior space, love the accuracy of the controls and the variety of pre-programmed controls. This is my second Whirlpool, and I love this one even better than my first one. First one lasted 12 years....

The first one I ordered it arrived dented and the door tabs were broken. I called customer service and they sent a new one. It works like a normal microwave should and it looks great! The price was just right since we needed one ASAP.

I bought this microwave to replace a LG that I wasn't too impressed about after it shorted out after my mother did some heavy boiling on the stove. I like the look of Whirlpool, but it was too big for my overhead space. I returned it.

I love that the hood fan comes on automatically as needed when cooking. It senses the steam and heat from the stove. 2 light settings and 2 fan speeds.

I bought this product open box, it was a display model, the gentleman at this location was very nice and was willing to work with me on the price. Long story short walked out with a great product for an amazing unbeatable price!

Microwave works well and does what we need it to. Miss having a pause button and the users manual is pretty basic. No detailed directions at all.
