The microwave looks very nice and matches everything well. It does a good job heating up food but for the price, it doesn't have many features. It has a light for above the oven, but there's no way to put it on a timer so it comes on at night. The keypad doesn't light up so if you do need to turn on the light in the dark, it's very difficult to see/find. It has an add 30 sec button but it would be nice if it had some quick minute buttons (press 2 for 2 minutes, 3 for 3 minutes etc.) That feature was on our last microwave and I miss it. For as much as it cost, I feel like it should have some more bells and whistles.

We purchased this microwave for my elderly mother as a replacement of a very old microwave. She loves the pre-sets, and how powerful the microwave is. She uses it mainly for defrosting and warming soup. Great product.

Replacing an LG OTR microwave that kept having problems and so far this is working great.

Got this beauty open box for a song. It's exactly what we needed - basic microwave. Only issue I have is sometimes it doesn't actually heat when you tell it too. Haven't figured out what causes that.

We bought this item on sale. Works pretty well so far. Have not used all the features yet. Do note, it is satina and not stainless steel.

make sure to take the right measurements before you purchase this product. if I had to do it all over again, I would pay to have the product installed unless you have time to burn

Great microwave. I have no complaints about the microwave. The only thing that was bad is that it was a display unit and had a thick two sided tape across the front of it hold the price tag. It took over 2 hours to get the tape off.

Can't really rate this microwave because we haven't installed it yet! But it was delivered on time. And has all the features of the more expensive microwaves.

Everything was accomplished on time. Excellent installation technician. He did great work and was very quick. Microwave looks good and works just the way I wanted it to work.

Replaced an older microwave with this stainless steel model and the installation went smooth. The fit is nice as well as the stainless steel finish and we couldn't be happier with the percormance of the oven.

We bought this to replace an earlier one that had failed. This is a very good Mw. Works as advertised. You may quibble at the 2 fan settings whereas some comparables have three. But that's good enough for us.

I was very skeptical when installers (3) showed up finally at 3 hours past scheduled time which wound up at almost 8pm. in a very large delivery truck. Communication was a slight problem but eventually it got installed.

Purchased this OTR Microwave to match Whirlpool fridge, stove and dishwasher. 1 month in and no issues- fan works great and light works great very nice microwave and has all the basic features-great look for matching set!

Good quality microwave, had a previous whirlpool which lasted a very long time. Install wasnt to bad, just some patience and definately a second person.

I got this microwave open box/had small dent in it. It's a great microwave and heats up food very fast!!! Pleased with my purchase. It is a little bigger than expected, but great price!

It a good appliance, when changing the Microwave countertop for this, in addition to gaining space in the counter and solved the problem of old exhaust hood which had broken the fan

This microwave was simple enough to install. My husband and I are not the most capable handymen on the planet but we put it up no problem. The microwave itself looks wonderful up and it works great!

WAS LOOKING FOR A LOW PRICE RELIABLE MIC TO MATCH OUR OTHER STAINLESS. INSTALL WAS A BREEZE AND WORKS WELL. EASY TO SEE CONTROLS NOT TOO FUSSY. WE KNEW THE FAN HAD ONLY 2 SPEEDS AND THAT'S FINE. NO COMPLAINTS SO FAR.

Actually, it might be my fourth. Each home built or remodeled seems to get this microwave. But this "open box" one came well wrapped but without a box and without the MOUNTING STRIP
