It functions great in the main areas, and all the others too, and looks good. Pretty easy to install above the stove - I was able to do it by myself (although it would be easier with someone to help lift it).

Similar to our old one, but the only con I would give it is that there are only 2 fan speeds. Slightly noisey fan, but very minor. It still gets a 5 star from us.
