    I specifically purchased this product because it advertised a turn table shut off or cancel feature. When we completed installation and went to use the microwave there was no such option. Company excuse was "it must have been a misprint by Best Buy" said I could return it...Sure after I drove there and installed it believing their advertisement.

    We had this microwave new when we moved into our home. In less than a year, we had to replace it as it just died. The lights and buttons worked, the plate spun, but it stopped heating food. We called, but it was not covered by warranty. Repairs would be over $100, so we decided to replace it. Overall, I would not recommend this item.
