The Right price, right brand, the right simplicity.

I love this new microwave. And I have countertop space now

First off, let get something straight, Im a licensed contractor, I install many microwaves. Nice unit, but the brackets didn't come with all the hardware, the hanging screws were the wrong thread count, and the hole location for power and hanging screw mounts were in a different location than previous brand. Im no rocket scientist, But if I were a manufacture, I would make all microwaves have the same top mounting locations. This is my 3rd brand in this poor cabinet, and now there are so many holes I am worried about structural integrity.

Installation can be a challenge, but it works well

After 3 years dude failed...replaced for less then $10...then ever 6months fuse failed until the entire microwave failed...clearly electrical issue. Sadly not worth the cost imho.

Unit was a replacement for the same brand and model we had earlier. It works fine but noticed crack and bowed back as we were putting it into place. It would have been too much work to remove it and ship it back.

I hope this microwave lasts for years, the one replaced was just over a year old when it failed. Best-Buy made getting a replacement and it installed stress-free, and recommended I get extended warranty this time.

This is my second like this in 3 years. My son burnt some food in the previous one. B.B. has the best price on these for the second time in a row. I think this is about the BEST LOOKING O.T.R. microwave there is, and it's almost the cheapest stainless steel model available, I don't need more gadgets on my oven, Just toss some time on it and let it rip. The more bells and whistles, the more stuff there is to break down. And UNLIKE the Frigidaire model this competes with, IT WILL NOT get steam inside the door window. And go slam some microwave doors, this one feels and sounds way more solid than all others besides Kitchenaid (which is a sister co.).

We bought this to replace our Fridgidaire. We looked at the reviews and thought it would suit our needs. We love popcorn and use our microwave to heat up leftovers so nothing fancy. We are very unhappy with this microwave. It struggles to pop popcorn and half the time I can't get it to heat water so I can warm up the baby's bottles. The other times it overheats and is scalding hot. Plus, it is LOUD! I didn't expect it to he so noisy.We didn't realize the return policy at Best Buy was so short or we would have returned it. Luckily we paid for the extended warranty and are planning to schedule an appointment to have someone come look at it. We have had this microwave for a little over a month. I kick myself daily for not buying the Samsung microwave. The salesmen spoke highly of it but I thought Whirlpool would know how to make a better microwave than a company that primarily makes tv's and cell phones. Live and learn is my motto and the lesson I have taken away from tjis is stay away ftom Whirlpool.

This unit does not have an option for turning off the turn table. If I had noticed that, I would have purchased the GE microwave at a similar price.

Shipped very promptly and was received in two days. Unfortunately, it completely quit cooking in a month's time. Now struggling to find anyone who will come to my house to provide warranty repair.

large microwave, lots of power. Inside of microwave door is plastic and not glass. Did not notice when I bought it. Bought to go with the Whirlpool set of appliances I bought

I'm happy with the microwave itself it's just not meant to be placed next to a wall but needs to be put next to a kitchen cabinet so the door does not open up all the way.
