    The product is great. Works as a perfect replacement to existing over-range solution. Mounting hardware even lined up identically. Only downside was it took over 2 months from time of initial order to eventual delivery. This included having to cancel the original one and start over.

    First time ever installing a wall mounted microwave. Easy to install comes with templates to help you out. Recommend double checking recommended height between stove and bottom of microwave to make sure you have the right size.

    Overall it’s a great unit. It cooks thoroughly, and quickly. It’s popcorn feature is better than our old one (though it’s weird entering a weight for the popcorn bag). Worst complaint is that it’s louder than our 1999 microwave that it replaced, though not enough to not buy it again. The blue digital numbers are hard to read from more than about 10 feet away, wish they’d been traditional green.

    Getting used to it. Preset meat defrost settings aren’t long enough to thoroughly soften inside of item. Our old microwave had 5 buttons to cook for 1 to 5 minutes each - we miss those. Buzzer is really loud. Inside cleans up easily. Love the built in turntable.
