    As is normal all new appliances have small learning curves. The only negative thing we notice is that the door sends too close by itself… Open the door to load it, grab the item to heat and the door is already closing or closed.

    Had the more expensive over the range Whirlpool model that would periodically need to be unplugged reset then quit working on Thanksgiving Day. Have not had to do that with this one.

    We like this microwave. Everything works as expected and have had no issues. I would recommend this appliance. The only thing left is how long it lasts with no problems.

    good microwave, only complaint is the panel has no lights to see what you want to do. You need to turn a light on in the room to see to turn on light on microwave.
