Good Microwave

It works as a microwave should and is simple to use. It is also easier to clean the exterior than the previous model. The last model had a stainless framed door, and while it was not hard to clean, the all glass door makes it much simpler.

Great microwave. Crappy installation manual.

The manual did not give dimensions of the upper bolt holes and it was a tough hour to hold the microwave while trying to figure out the width and length to drill for the new holes in the cabinet.

Microwave - OK, Installation instructions - not OK

The template was printed on the box, but it was very confusing about how to orient the template. After the proper orientation was obtained, the two mounting holes didn't line up. Installation is a two person job and time consuming to figure out where to drill the holes. My previous Whirlpool microwave died, so I hoped that the mounting brackets would be the same, but no, they are completely different. After the aggravation of the install, the microwave works ok. The only suggestion that I would have is that it would be nice to have a lighted keypad because it hard to see in a low light environment.
