    Like...one button ease for quick heating, simple clock setting & easy to clean. Dislike... small internal platter, door opening clearance way beyond the dimensions of the oven.

    Quality not as nice as our other Whirlpool microwave. Noiser and when we close door it sounds like tin! The inside is a dark color and can not see food cooking. Instructions not good!!

    Although the appliance was open box, it was listed in excellent condition. Upon opening, I found out there is no hardware, no filter and no microwave glass plate. This should have been checked before selling online.

    This arrived dented and was only noticeable once you removed all the protective plastic and packaging. Really a shame since you remove that after you put in all the work to install it.

    It’s a beautiful microwave! Very sleek! After installing everything, fan mode on High did not work. What a bummer! I’ve Tried every step from guideline and still did not work. FYI make sure to test product before installing! I just got lucky and got a faulty one!

    Product not working properly. Press numbers on panel especially number four button , no response. Sometimes no response on entire panal. product defective. Was told we willreceive new microwave.
