    The best and worst feature is able to mute it. Just remember to turn sound on when timer on or you wont hear it. I WOULD like it automatically sound if its a timer. But Love how quiet it is and you can mute it.

    I ordered this item in NOVEMBER, I keep getting messages that its delayed. Now the messages say it wont be available until January. VERY DISSIPOINTING, With company company for Christmas i really needed it

    I would probably give it a better rating if they would ever get it here and install it. It was supposed to be delivered and installed on Oct 30, 2024, then Nov 4, 2024 and now they say Nov 30, 2024. I hope we get it and my Gas Range, and Dishwasher. It has already been paid for.

    Good reliable microwave, it’s definitely a top contender in appliances compared to LG in Samsung. You don’t have to spend a lot to get the same functions. You’re just paying for a look at this point.

    Replaced 13 year old whirlpool. Old one prompted you on things like reheat. Can’t figure out how all these buttons work. Also, the new one requires an extra step to enter a cook time. Biggest issue is handle is metal and becomes hot to touch when you’re cooking in range.

    I like that this model is dark inside and easy to clean. The quick buttons for 30 seconds, one, two, three minutes are very convenient. Have to be careful because it warms up very quickly and hot.

    Microwave is basic but fine. Roomy inside, but I don't love how loud the door sounds when you close it (metal door hitting metal frame with no kind of buffer makes it sound/feel very utilitarian).
