Poor quality and disappointing support

I contacted Best Buy for support, but was informed that the unit is no longer under warranty. They offered to inspect it, but the service fee alone is $130—which is nearly half the price of the microwave itself. This is very disappointing for a product that is still relatively new. I expected better durability and customer support for a major appliance like this. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.

Decent microwave

Old one prompted you on things like reheat. Can’t figure out how all these buttons work. Also, the new one requires an extra step to enter a cook time. Biggest issue is handle is metal and becomes hot to touch when you’re cooking in range.
