Terrible only 5 month now is broken the door, I’m waiting for 4weeks for the guaranty

I am very happy with my purchase. I installed it myself. The air blower was very easy to modify for ventilating upward. My last whirlpool was purchased in 2009. I am very happy with this current update.

Although this microwave is not as nice as the last Whirlpool flush I owned but then had door issues so I had to replace. I decided to give Whirlpool one last chance and so I purchased this one. Set up was easy as it fit perfectly from my old one. I have had this microwave for about a month now with no issues. Very simple and easy to use. Cooks food great and has the 30 second button that I use often. Happy with this microwave.

I purchased this to replace a Whirlpool 1.9 Cu. Ft. which stopped working just shy of its 5th year. The cost to repair was ridiculous so we opted to buy a new one but not the more expensive 1.9 model again. If they are designed to only work a few years then we were willing to give up the additional features. It does its job but it is truly a very basic model. So much for modern day appliances. They simply don't last like they used to.

Microwave ultimately works adequately. It took 3 delivery attempts to get one undamaged. It was for a rental and it took months. The delivery crew was terrific, they also installed the final one that was undamaged. It replaced a similar 10 yo whirlpool unit but it required new cabinet holes drilled, and a new wall bracket (included). The installation was tidy, they cleaned up completely, and removed all packing plus the old unit. This micro is about half the weight of the old one. Half the time I have appliances delivered, there is some type of concealed damage, and Best Buy has been competent making things right.

Machine is working like a top. Easy to use and food temps seem to be right on.

The new microwave works really good and I am very satisfied with the heating. The only thing I could say that I don't like about it is the door mechanism to closing and opening is stiff. You cannot close it softly or quietly. Otherwise, I am happy with the product.

This is a beautiful stylish addition to our kitchen. The 1000 watts heats quickly and the presets allows for an easy way to start 1, 2 or 3 mins at the press of a button. It also has the +30 second option among several other options that make this microwave a very nice upgrade.

The microwave was easy to install, heats well, looks great and is much quieter than my previous one from a different brand. I love it so far and I'm happy with the purchase

Very nice for the money and works great. Looked at a lot of others but none as nice for this price. As long as it holds up as my last Ge one was 19 years old

really like the black and stainless appearance and found that it functions very well once you get used to the controls that are different from our 15 year old Samsung. Also really noticed that the power is stronger from our older one. Maybe microwaves lose some power as the get old...

A little dark inside. The bulb is not very bright. The darker interior may have something to do with this. Other then that its great. Last one worked for abut 11 years, so I got another.

works great, no issues. only wish inside light was a little brighter. Easy install, use two people to pick up and place on wall mount.

Love this microwave..I was not in the market to purchase a new microwave but mines after 10 years stop work at it best. My sister has this microwave and spoke highly of it. She put it in my cart and I purchased it. Best option and decision..

Love it - perfect fit and affordable option - which were my main concerns - it works great and I'm very happy with purchase.

Microwave works fine. The installation instructions fell short. The template was printed on the box, but it was very confusing about how to orient the template. After the proper orientation was obtained, the two mounting holes didn't line up. Installation is a two person job and time consuming to figure out where to drill the holes. My previous Whirlpool microwave died, so I hoped that the mounting brackets would be the same, but no, they are completely different. After the aggravation of the install, the microwave works ok. The only suggestion that I would have is that it would be nice to have a lighted keypad because it hard to see in a low light environment.
