Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This microwave oven was purchased to be installed over the range (new installation with no existing microwave over the range). The installation instructions were easy to follow and installation was quick. This microwave is stainless and looks good and has all of the standard features. The build quality is pretty decent for the price paid. My only complaint so far is that the stainless shows all finger prints and smudges, but wipes down quickly. All in all, I think this was a good purchase.

Kids that helped us at Best Buy Colerain store were friendly and helpful. Microwave installed fairly easy and works great so far. I had to switch the fan direction but it was really easy to do. We bought the three year warranty so we know we're at least getting three years of service out of the unit. Only complaint...the buttons are a little hard to push, usually end up pushing twice to get it to take.

My stove and microwave set for both improperly installed and have both failed within 4 years-unacceptable to say the least.

Had it a year and..
